gamerteen
Hello fellow oblivion lovers. I have no problem with the way that oblivion was made, however I would love to see a future more modern look to oblivion. I have had my fair share of playing with the last constrution set but one man alone can not redo all of oblivion. If anyone is interested in helping please e-mail me at [email protected] and be sure to check out my web site oblivionmods.wetpaint.com I will be posting news updates and hosted mods there. AncientSpaceAeon
What ! You wanna make Oblivion to be modern ? Why you don't mod Fallout 3 instead, it's easier, you don't need to create a lot new meshes or textures, but if you mod Fallout instead, well it's easier. Well, maybe you want to make a beautiful modern city, not wasteland, because there is no beautiful trees at Fallout 3. But, remember. you may not use Fallout 3 resources if you mod in Oblivion, vice versa. I don't know this for sure. Sorry if I'm wrong, you better find someone who knows better. Maybe anyone knew better ? (Oh yeah, your new here ? Welcome !)
Zephyr2011
Just HOW modern? Me thinks that modernizing Oblivion isn't a good idea, I mean it's SUPPOSED to be medieval-ish with spells and swords and axes and maces, not y2k with helicoptors, tanks, and guns just sayin. I'm with Aeon on this one, if you want some beautiful modern city, mod Fallout or at least make a decent explanation for it (ie: warp in time that transports a city to Cyrodiil?) Balakirev
It's Gamerteen's choice, guys. If you don't like it, you don't have to join his/her team. Gamerteen, just out of curiosity, what's your past experience with Oblivion mods? Can you list yours that are available? Listing your experience leading a modding team would help, as well.
