"Wind calm x could not be found" whenever I try to add most mods

Good morning!

 

Whenever I try to add most mods, most importantly Tamriel Rebuilt and OOAB, I get a message saying "Wind Calm 1" missing. And then the error messages continue for a number of other sounds in various areas of the game. This is not relegated to only Tamriel Rebuilt or OOAB: it happens with many other mods that I try to apply. I have restored my game to a clean version, and have applied mods one by one, but most do not work - I keep on getting the same issue, the problems with multiple sounds apparently missing from a number of areas.

 

Is there something I am missing? Does anyone know how I can troubleshoot this?

Did you check for conflicts using TES plugin conflict detector?

 

Do you have the Sound\Fx\REGN\wndCALM.wav file?
