Chinese Assault Riflr 5mm

Was not sure where to post this but decided to put it here because as far as I know this is the most powerful assault rifle in the base game.

 

It had been a while since I played FO3 and after some hours playing I decided to cheat and get this rifle through the console. I had written the ID a few years ago so I just went to the console in game and used "additem" to get the rifle. That did not work, said it was the wrong ID. So I went to google to get the ID; well no site that google came up with had ever heard of a 5mm Chinese Assault Rifle.

 

So I went to where I got the rifle from originally; a very tough building called "Special Affairs Bureau" near to "Mama Dolces" I had to use medex and psycho and quite a few stimpaks but finally killed a bunch of Chinese soldiers and managed to kill the Sargent who had the 5mm Chinese Assault Rifle. It was just as potent as I remembered with a damage of 141; I was maxed out with "small guns" so keep that in mind.

 

This is all just background and now we are getting to the purpose of this post. It seems this rifle is invisible, I don't mean literally but as far as I can tell no FO3 sites or even FO3 has ever heard of this rifle. I got the ID of the rifle with the console but when I tried to spawn the rifle with "additem" I could not do so.

 

The ID I came up with through the console was "ff0016a4". I believe that must be a DLC ID but even so it should spawn with "additem". Does anyone know where this rifle came from and why none of the FO3 sites have a clue what it is?

Since it's in the Special Affairs Bureau, it was added by A World Of Pain.
