OBLIVION MOD LIST/LOAD ORDER HELP

I need some help with listing my loading mods in Oblivion, even if I have a list/load order, what do I do when I get it, how do I make my game not crash at the very beginning when it is about to read "Bethesda Softworks?"

I copied and pasted every mod manually EXCEPT Kyoma's Journal Mod. I used Kyoma's Journal Mod via OBMM and activated it from there by loading the esp

Use BOSS to sort your load order. If that doesn't resolve the crash, post the BOSS log that comes up in your browser.

First I recommend to load the official plugins (Shivering Isles etc) directly after Oblivion.esm.

As you having a bashed patch I assume you are using Wrye Bash, aren't you? Does Wrye Bash say something about missing masters for one or more plugins because this will always lead to a crash at the beginning.
