If you have any experience...there are little chances that somebody will join you... But without any experience whatsoever there are no chances that someone will join a project that will have 99% of failing. Game producing take a lot of time...patience...experience...nerves...guts...etc.... Also....the magic item....MONEY.... I wish you luck with this...but it's gonna be a VERY hard challenge...
