Xander9009
In the picture, if I double click the perk in the far left window, then the middle window appears (with the window title "Perk"). If I double click the perk entry (it's in the bottom section of that window and is highlighted in gray), then the window on the right appears (with the window title Perk Entry). If I change to the tab 'Spell', then I can see the highlighted Spell Condition. In the Perk window (NOT the Perk Entry window), you have to right click and duplicate the perk entry. Does that help? http://i895.photobucket.com/albums/ac160/richard_l_homan/Untitled4-1.png
asorel
It does. But how do I differentiate spell levels? Edited January 12, 2014 by asorel
Xander9009
By double clicking that blue-highlighted condition, clicking the button that says "Perk: 'DestructionExpert75'",and changing it to 'DestructionNovice00'.

asorel
I got the plugin working fine, but is it possible to make magicka continue regenerating when casting spells with a cost of 0?
Xander9009
I have no idea how. However, there's a mod which makes it so you regenerate magicka while casting all spells.

EllipsisEtc
I have made a mod that does this for the novice destuction perk.https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/94434NOTE: it's not quite what you've asked for but it's not hard to do, I didn't have a clue how to mod yesterday, that isn't some form of boast you can litterally learn how to do it for yourself in an hour. 1) Get skyrim creation kit off of steam.2) Open the main skyrim.(whatever the extension is).3) Go to perks - search (your magical school of choice)destruction there should be some saying novice/expert ect. just pick one depending on when you want this unlock... blah blah blah it's actually pretty intuitive, if you get stuck - look it up.
