Doubts about .utc files

I would like someone to explain to me step by step how to edit to create a .utc file that counts as a container when using it in the toolset to add items... that is, for example, I want to choose a bottle of wine that does not say examinable or container I want this item to have these characteristics... I have seen several elements that are attached to the toolset that can serve as a container but I don't know how to edit their attributes so that the toolset recognizes them as such.

I'm not sure what you're asking here. A .utc file is used to create a character, and characters can carry inventories, just as many placeables, including those designated as containers. Some placeables - which can carry inventories - are designated as containers in the toolset (actually, they're stored in a subdirectory named container) because that's... what they are. Chests, wardrobes, armoires, etc. all serve the role and function of containers IRL and in the game.

Placeables are .utp files.

Sorry, you do sound like you are contradicting yourself. "counts as a container" but "does not say examinable or container". You cannot have a container that doesn't say container.

But as far as manipulating placeables for the toolset, you need to edit the source of the gda files.
