Mod with custom paintings and loose files?

In Oldrim, I used to have this mod called Buyable Paintings and Pictures:

It allowed me to layer any screenshot of a character face onto a .dds file and then recreate that character's face in Skyrim after visiting the modded art gallery down the road from Solitude. But that mod isn't available for Skyrim SE. I've uninstalled Oldrim because it's crash to desktop city. Does anyone know of another mod I could get in SE (AE 1.6.640.0) with loose editable .dds files? Preferably on an older compression format than the new one so I can open the texture in Gimp and IrfanView.

It's the old compression rate, can be edited with a .dds plugin in Gimp and is in Aventus Aretino's house :)
