Vold
Typical Paladin style approach. I have seen some mods that offer their own versions and approach.. but my ideas are based on my gaming experience throughout the years. A wielder of Restoration magic that uses it to purify and dismantle their enemies with a much greater effect and potency against Undead, Daedra and any other abominations. Preferably while wearing Heavy Armor and the choice of a Sword, Mace/Hammer or Shield. Relying only on the Restoration school of magic outside of arms and armor. Some spell ideas would be... Weapon Imbue - While attacking <Abomination> grants a buff for a short duration after striking that does increased damage and weakens the <Abomination> in some way. A passive buff that increases weapon skill would also be baseline to have a slight advantage against any other non Abomination encounter and make using it in general worthwhile. Long duration buff. Meant to be maintained permanently unless canceled. Zealot - A spell used as a shout that grants a short buff for 10 seconds and surrounds your character in empowering light dealing Sun damage to Abominations nearby and causing your attacks to strike through any defense making it impossible to reduce or defend against your damage if an Abomination. 30 second reuse. Lay Hands - Completely restores all Health and Magicka upon use. Only usable once per day. Resolute - A shield that cannot be dispelled and offers immunity to disease, 50% Poison resist, and 50% Magic Resist. Yaulp - Buff that increases magicka regeneration rates by 150% and improves Restoration skill by 25. Meant to be maintained permanently.
Shadeybladey
I drafted out a mod to create a Paladin class through new hidden perks, shouts and powers etc, but not got around to making it as I am busy with other things. It is based on the Paladin from AD&D (First Edition and 2nd edit) and D&D3.5. Some people have a bizarre idea of what a Paladin actually is. Yours is closer to the real thing. I like your spell ideas, but what is Yaulp? Is that a typo, as it does not seem to mean anything! ;) ~.~

Vold
Yaulp is from my days back playing EverQuest as a cleric. Was a buff spell that increased mana regeneration. I think it had some other benefits as well.
Shadeybladey
Yaulp is from my days back playing EverQuest as a cleric. Was a buff spell that increased mana regeneration. I think it had some other benefits as well. Weird-sounding name! If I ever make and release my Paladin mod, I'll post in this thread to let you know. It will have some Paladin-specific spells - maybe a few perks. It will also require role-playing. Paladin Powers will be enabled by an undroppable miscellaneous quest item and increase with level and Speech skill and other applicable skills, depending on the ability. And it will be scripted so that a minor infraction of the Code of Ethics gets a warning (thunder in a cloudless sky etc), another gives a stern warning (struck by lightning) and for a third you will be struck by lightning and lose your Powers and become a Fighter (special MISC item removed from Inventory). You will then have to complete a quest for forgiveness and redemption to get your powers back. For a deliberate Major infraction, you will lose your Paladin powers forever. Minor InfractionsTrespassTheftAssault (dishonourably attacking first, Friendly Fire etc)Dishonourable behaviour (Sneak attacks etc)Refusing a quest to help non-evil peopleRefusing a quest to slay Undead, Lycanthropes and DaedraRefusing to accept a Yield in battleLying to the Dawnguard about Daedra or undead Intermediate InfractionAccidental Murder (Friendly Fire) - do a quest immediately Major InfractionsDeliberate murder (accepting any quest requiring the killing of innocents or stealing stuff they have not stolen first)Joining the Dark BrotherhoodJoining the Thieves GuildWillingly becoming a Werewolf or VampireAccepting any Evil Daedric quest in the Daedra's favour (especially human sacrifice) - Meridia and Azura are OKAny minor infraction four times without being redeemed by the quest - you have chosen a different path, so go be a Thief or an Assassin without help from the gods.Using Soul Trap with a Black Soul gem on any Man or Mer If I can learn how to programme MCM, I'd like the choice to be a Paladin of Stendarr (like a Vigilant), a Paladin of the Dawnguard or a Paladin of Meridia. They will each have a few unique things. ~.~
