128bit Posted September 6, 2023 Posted September 6, 2023 any way to temporally stop vasco follow player with dev console or something? i not care achieviements...i'm at start game and i like to grab objects, read things, but him always follow me,disturb me with foot step or hit etc. i not like.
kingdark Posted September 6, 2023 Posted September 6, 2023 You just have to do the first main quest mission (or two) and then you can dismiss him. Problem solved.
SteelRat1962 Posted September 7, 2023 Posted September 7, 2023 Bethesda didn't learn from Fallout 4, with companions constantly getting in the way. I'll be using the cutting laser, and they'll walk right in front of me.
128bit Posted September 13, 2023 Author Posted September 13, 2023 can use in console000057be.setav speed mult 0 it work for me!change 000057be with id of companion!
HeyYou Posted September 13, 2023 Posted September 13, 2023 After I got to New Atlantis the first time, he didn't go with me again.... he just stayed there.
jet4571 Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Easy, select him in the console and type "tai" without quotes. He will effectively become a statue until you open the console and type it again TAI is Toggle AI on/off, without an NPC selected it affects all NPCs with one selected it only affects it. Very handy for escort missions in Bethesda games turn their AI off at the start clear the place and then turn the AI back on and go have a snack while it navigates to you.
nopeslide Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Whenever a companion is in the way start smacking them in the head they will move away and its fun too!
