FO3edit, How it saves

Okay so I was wondering

I've been doing some edit on a esp with FO3edit

to get quick adjustments to weapon damage.

This esp is going to be uploaded so everyone can use it

I was wondering though does FO3edit actually change the esp

Or does it just add one of those weird looking files in /data

like the 10 million master update weird files?

Looked at the file, there are a lot of FO3edit "backup esp" files

for the mod I'm making, I just wanted to make sure a person

wouldn't need those back ups to run the mod after adjustments?

Thanks

Gosh if you're that tired of me already

You could have saved yourself some time

and just said

"Shut up, and go away"

So I guess a more productive question would be.

"Can I delete the backups?"

Seariously, there are like 30 different backups for this recent .esp in question.

On top of 30 outdated backups on other .esp's that have been deleted

then 100 master update files, LOLZ

I don't even view Fallout3/data I already know I can't find anything in there. :/
