CTD in Akila

I'm facing CTD when I try to talk to Sheriff Daniel at the entrance to Akila. When he starts talking, the game freezes and crashes to the desktop. I also faced CTD when talking to Sam Coe as soon as I got off the ship. Anyone else experiencing ctds in this area?

My settings: Ryzen 5 processor, 32 GB Ram, RX580 8 GB with updated drivers.

First thing I would try is lowering the graphics settings of the game to low, and seeing if you no longer have an issue. If the CTDs stop on the lowest settings, then you can try increasing them - or some of them. At least that way you will be able to determine if it is just a matter of how the display settings on set.

Thanks for the tip. I left everything on low, disabled shadows in the ini file, turned off dynamic redouling and FSR and I'm able to play.
