Mod Idea: Roll for Examine

I find it odd that you could examine any target and immediately know exactly what buffs, weaknesses, and traits they have. Not sure if this has been suggested, I feel this should be tied to some sort of skill roll like a knowledge check, or maybe add a spell that gives you the ability to see these details. Maybe in this mod, add a tab in the examine window which would allow you to inspect what equipment they have and what spells they may have prepared.
