WEM File Name for NG+ Main Menu Replacers

So, it turns out music replacers won't work for new game + because the filename we've always been using (456350239.wem) isn't what's sourced.

Has anyone figured out the new # for the wem file for NG+ main menus?

 

UPDATE:
471598494.wem is the file name for NG+ music replacer. Goes in same place.
Sephrajin figured it out parsing the JSON files.

Though, personaly I'm not sure its the right one, as i hear that (471598494) on my first playthrough as well. (aka: not NG+)
