anyone that can salvage my 70hr Oblivion playthrough?

Sorry for the clickbait title, but I'd really appreciate some help. Getting to the point, I took a break from Oblivion a while back, returned, and found several vital mods missing. I don't know why they disappeared, but being as they were necessary to even boot up the game, I redownloaded them. After this, Oblivion booted up as normal, and I loaded a save - just for it to crash partway through.

 

After triple checking my mods in Wrye Bash and downloading/using LOOT to fix errors, the bar moved a little further, but still crashed. I then downloaded messagelogger: a plugin that mainly logs errors and warnings after a crash, just to get a bunch of words I didn't understand:

And the empty sIgnore's continue until 30. Like I mentioned, I have no idea what this means, nor if this is even the right way to figure out the problem. For further info, I have a couple recent saves in Oblivion that run fine, yet crash when I leave the realm, leading me to believe that there's an issue with loading the overworld, possibly to do with my Bigger Cities mod. If it helps, I can also post my modlist and install order. Thanks in advance for the assistance!
