You can do what I did, altho I have a normal DVD version with a GFWL delete.

Download the standalone GFWL client, then buy the DLC. Once that's complete, locate the .esm(On my Vista 64 rig, it was buried in C:\Users\TestECull\AppData\Local\Microsoft\XLive\DLC. They apparently don't want you to find this thing, as the folder "AppData" is hidden by default.) and move them to Steam/steamapps/common/fallout3/data. Then, use FOMM to select them and launch from the fose_loader.exe that FOMM puts in the main FO3 directory. :) Should work just fine.

All the DLC work on Steam. However if you use FOSE, shut it off, Windows live will not work if you have it on, open Fallout 3 through your Steam shortcut for it..

.Do the first part either way mentioned, Dl on Windows live..

That was the Vista look place, if you have XP its in Admin/local settings/app/microsoft/xlive

Just drag them to your steam data folder..there is 3 files for each DCL..and your good to go..

If your not from the states though, look forward to paying allot more for them..
