C6Aviation
You can do what I did, altho I have a normal DVD version with a GFWL delete. Download the standalone GFWL client, then buy the DLC. Once that's complete, locate the .esm(On my Vista 64 rig, it was buried in C:\Users\TestECull\AppData\Local\Microsoft\XLive\DLC. They apparently don't want you to find this thing, as the folder "AppData" is hidden by default.) and move them to Steam/steamapps/common/fallout3/data. Then, use FOMM to select them and launch from the fose_loader.exe that FOMM puts in the main FO3 directory. :) Should work just fine.
Aeryn333
All the DLC work on Steam. However if you use FOSE, shut it off, Windows live will not work if you have it on, open Fallout 3 through your Steam shortcut for it...Do the first part either way mentioned, Dl on Windows live..That was the Vista look place, if you have XP its in Admin/local settings/app/microsoft/xliveJust drag them to your steam data folder..there is 3 files for each DCL..and your good to go..If your not from the states though, look forward to paying allot more for them..
