Un-started quest tracker?

Hard to explain what I'm looking for, but a mod that will analyze all of your completed quests and compare them to the entire database of quests throughout Skyrim/DG/DB and then help you find and start those quests.

After finishing TESV a few times I felt like I was still missing quests, but had no way to track them down.

Some sort of quest log mod would be awesome.

In case you were not aware, necro-ing old topics is not acceptable here.

Please look at the date of the last post in a thread before posting something that lacks any real substance. If it was a month or more ago you can assume that this thread is dead, and unless you have something constructive to add that will continue the discussion, don't bother. If the topic is about a technical issue and it is more than a month old, chances are the original poster has already resolved the issue and moved on.
