[Mod Request] Remove character level requirement to buy starship parts

I've maxed out Piloting and Starship Design at Level 30, so that means I should be able to buy the higher level parts, right? Nope. Most of them are level locked until level 45+. I'd like to see a mod that simply removes the character level requirement before these parts appear in stores.

Level locked???? Hhhhmmmm.... Seems to me, if you have the right skills, your level shouldn't matter. This will get modded out as soon as someone figgers out how. :D

Totally agree, you have already paid in several ways, I worked to get the perks to build my ultimate ship and then I find out there are several pieces I wanted that are lvl 60 required. I am a total altaholic, I will often start a new character before then.
