Remove main story, only sandbox mode

• Different starting locations based on the Characters background or the player can pick any of a select few starting locations
• Remove Constellation as a Main quest line completely and keep the content around exploration and the constellation mission terminals
• Remove the concept of what the Artifacts are for including the entire mission chain around them, and remove Starborn from the game entirely
• Turn the game into more of a sandbox about the character, their background and the side quests, mission terminals that can be used to level up your character
