Editing Vanilla 3rd P. Animations Not Working Right.

Hello.

I'm editing some vanilla 3rd person animations, in particular adding NPC animations to Onymaru's pistol animation mod, but the animation is not working right. I only edited the position of arms and a little neck and chest twist, other than that I didn't touch anything. In the video below I'm testing the RelaxedTurnInPlaceRight180 and RelaxedTurnInPlaceLeft180, because these don't have annotations so it would discard this as an issue. The best I could do is at the time of exporting from 3DS Max, in Havok Tools, allowing only Turn Motion, and Reference Frame Type: Move/Turn, in Extract Motion step.

Is there something I'm missing? Anyone have a tip?

Here is a video showing first the animation I edited and second the vanilla animation. Notice that in the edited animation Piper skids and skip animations. It is just odd. The vanilla unnedited animation is fluid.
