viper134
Hi I'm a huge fallout 3 fan but have had a very hard time playing the game after patching it with 1.1 to play operation anchorage and up. Every time I enter Vats it lags for a few seconds before displaying the percentages and it gets very annoying. Is there anyway to fix this problem? I've tried some fake patch/unofficial patch but then the dlc wouldn't load. Any help would be great.

viper134
I did patch it and everything seemed fine until around half way through operation anchorage. Its random now. Sometimes it lags and sometimes it doesnt. I really wish there was a way to fix it.

Michlo
If you are saying now that you have patched up to 1.6 then the cause is usually mods. You'll need to disable and re-enable them slowly until you find the culprit. Good luck.
viper134
nope all mods are disabled...the only time it doesn't lag is when i don't load operation anchorage but that is ridicules.
gsmanners
Do you run with AA on or off? I seem to recall that VATS lag can be caused by having AA on.
viper134
yeh turning off aa makes it work perfectly...but then I have no aa. Anyway to work around this?
