My Game just stopped working, and I've tried everything

My copy of the game worked perfectly 3 days ago- no major crashes, no CTD's, and my biggest annoyance was skin/body texture mismatches. I installed the unofficial fallout 3 patch, FOSE, enclave commander, zooming weapons, Bullettime, MArts Mutant Mod, and some basic texture mods, and suddenly the thing won't even go to the main menu. I disabled everything, deleted and redownloaded (I have the steam version), etc, and i stll can't even load the main menu. I even downloaded an altrenate version off the internet, and it still doesn't work. I've done everything I can think of, and nothing works. I'm running as administrator, I've even tried compatibility mode- still nothing. :wallbash: I can't think of anything that ccould possibly be doing it. Can you guys help me out?
