SunnyDelight
I do my own ENB presets but I'm a fan of the dynamo ENB. So I'm happy to help (Not trying to sabotage) ;) Lol 1: Download The latest D3D9 file. I always use the latest I don't know if dynamo requires another but here: http://enbdev.com/download_mod_falloutnv.htm2: Click on one of the numbers (V0.246 is the latest) but dynamo may require a lower version I don't know it shouldn't matter anyway. 3: follow the link and download by pressing the little arrow button.4: Open the file with a zip program like winrar (if you are a modder you should have one it's free)5: Once opened you will see files called Wrapper and Injector open the Wrapper file and find D3D9.dll then drop and drag it into your fallout new vegas installation directory6: Now you are ready to copy the contents of the Dynamo ENB file to the same game directory.7: Open the game launcher and go into the graphics setting. Turn on HDR,Turn off all Anti aliasing and Filtering last but not least turn off water displacement. TaaDaa your ready to launch the game and see New vegas in a lovely new way! :D

dubiousintent
Regret to say, but that is only the tip of the iceberg that is a "post processor". There are a number of other configuration settings you have to make to both the game INI files and your video card driver for the basic ENB. Once those are done, then you can install the "Dynamo pre-set" to get a specific atmosphere. Please see the 'Solutions to Post-Processor (ENB/SweetFX et. al.) problems' section of the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" article. Let me caution you that you need to first have a stable FNV setup before you even contemplate installing ENB. ENB just makes it more difficult to determine what needs adjusting to get a stable game. I recommend anyone read the entire "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article to understand the differences between this game and others you may have experience with; especially if this is your first attempt to play a modded FNV or it's been more than a year since you last did so. -Dubious-
