Large Error Stuck on Player

I have a large red diamond with a white exclamation mark in the middle attached to my character and I have no way of removing it. It randomly falls off to be left behind but I have no idea why I'm using following mods in order:

I've made sure all of the mods are working in harmony via FNVEdit and Fallout Mod Manager.

 

 

The error sign. It multiplied on this screen shot and it's the only one I have.

 

Edit: So apparently I started the game up and well. The error signs just disappeared and weren't seen again through my 2+ play session. I don't know how, I didn't make any changes it just, stopped.

Press and hold "F" and pan the camera around to see your Self.....Think you can open the console (~)and click on it to get the ID.

 

Might it be one of the 3 Backpack mods you have? Have you stripped (unticked everything in Apparel ) and its still their?
