Flip/mirror Hairstyle Help/Request

Hi, is it possible for someone to make a simple mod where some hairstyles are flipped/mirrored? I'm thinking specifically of the "Bardic Inspiration" hairstyle, making the bang be on the left side and the right ear be the one exposed (opposite of what it is in the game), because my hair is like that irl :laugh:

 

But I'm too dumb to try to do this, I got so lost in the tutorials, and when I saw the Blender stuff, my head exploded. I'm assuming that whoever has the modding tools sets can just open the hair file in the proper software, like Blender, then do a "flip/mirror" command like the ones on image editing softwares. Is it just like that or am I completely clueless?
