Use of commands involving quests is something that is not recommended, except as a last resort to fix a bug, and then only if reloading an earlier save does not work, and restarting the game is not an option. As to your specific question, quest objects often need to be found in the game to be recognized by the game - if you give yourself one via the console, often the game will, at best, simply not recognize it and, at worst, it will bork the questline and the game. So, the best recourse if you have given yourself a quest item by using the command, before it is called for, is to roll back to a save made before you used that command to add it. Good luck!
