Criminally low download speed

Hi, I have been using nexus mods, or more specfically Vortex manager for about a month now. I didn't have any issue with download before until recently. For the past 2 days, I have been encountering incredibly download speed for absolutely no reason. I am a free user for now but as per guideline, free users are supposed to receive 1.5 mb - 3 mb (max) download speed whereas since every now & then since 2 days my download speed becomes only 20 -40 kb ..

 

Note : This problem occurs randomly for some time and then fixes automatically after about an hour, only to reappear anytime soon

 

Today, it has become worse, like I cannot even get back the original speed at all nor can I download a single mod with over 20-40 kb fluctuation speed. Evene restaring manager and PC isn't helping. So why is this happeneing to me??? Please HELP

 

 

My internet speed for everything else is normal, I can download from any other site or watch YTB videos at 2k with no buffering. This problem occurs only when I am downloading a mod from this site using Vortex. Here are my required information :

as for checking vortex download speed using speed tester, I don't know how to do it.. I have download that speed tester file using vortex and when a new menu for that application popped up, I downloaded a random extension from left panel but it didn't seem to record download speed nor notify me anyhing at all..

Yeah, having the same issue. Can confirm its not ISP. im getting good download speed everywhere else. The problem is more prevalent with large files. Smaller files tend to have proper download speed.
