[REQ] Automatron Collected Fixes and Additions

There's a lot of mods already that make Automatron better, but it's a loose collection and there's a lot of things to fix and add.

 

What I'd like to see is something that really does fix up and improve everything that people have already made for Automatron and standardize these fixes and additions so introducing new robots, parts, and maintaining game balance and functionality is much easier....hopefully with a lean load order (I have about 10 just for Automatron right now, and that's me giving up on some things.).

 

- New and Corrected Paints, parts, tweaks.

- Robo Settler fixes.

- Unlocking Workbench and parts tweaks and changes. (Let's face it - waiting to meet ADA after that fight is a tremendous pain. It should be based on your INT and robotics perk.)

- A rewrite or update of Servitron, Secutron, and others.

- Many many fixes to The Mechanist's Lair.

- MCM-functional.

- Uses RobCo patcher or injector.

- Rust Devil Faction, Items, Faces, Parts, Neat stuff. Combining Fixes and additions here would be good, too.

 

Even if it was taken from 12 plugins to TWO (Fix it all and Add More), it'd be really nice to have something modern for this DLC.

If the various Automatron augments (from Clean Paints to added voices to Securitron, actual randomization, added parts, and the provisioner fix) could be assignable to MCM we could then have the various scripts apply on load, preventing the otherwise inevitable Baseline Reset Bethesda saw fit to afflict on us for everything they could cram it into. (This, by the way, is likely the cause of a whole lot of crashes in this game when mod content is callously invalidated while you aren't looking!)
