Dhilar
I'm looking for an ancient fantasy armor that has arabian and egyptian elements. It should be designed primarily for "dark" races. The idea came over night as I remembered a painting from Larry Elmore. He painted it for the MMORPG EverQuest. Something like shown below would be interesting: http://img266.imageshack.us/img266/2148/larryelmoreeverquestome.th.jpg If I had enough knowledge in 3d modelling and texturing, so I would start with that project for myself... Dhilar
I've seen them, but sorry. They don't fit my imagination, because they don't look like an armor. ;)

Dhilar
Hehe, no. ;) My imagination is very similar to the picture above. It seems that it will be a future project. I need to increase my skills in Cinema 4D first, but this takes a long(er) time. At least I have an idea.

Dhilar
Well, 3d modelling will be part of my education. Don't know if we'll use Cinema 4D, Softimage or 3Dmax. For my taste Cinema 4D is a user friendly software and it runs on Macs.
