There is of course a mod "A.S.I.A.", but then you will have to become a synth. Maybe there is somewhere, someone has a similar mod? There are still a lot of good clothes in this game (CyberPunk2077), but they are not so willing to post it in the Fallout. I am happy to run around in a Niero jacket, there are also a couple of good mods for such equipment.
