none of my mods seem to work at all

I've downloaded about 25 different mods for the game, but none of them seem to be working at all. I've tried starting a new game, but that didn't work. anyone have any other ideas i can try to fix this?

ma man try putting them in my documents/my games/starfield folder where u put the custom.ini thingy file and not the game directory(where starfield.exe is) (big ups to HeyYou, mods work ty bro)
