Baelkin
Except in FO3 one can fit the entire archive of the Arlington public library onto a single holotape, so either we're to assume either a prodigous compression ratio, an exceedingly small archive, or that 256k number is garbage. ... Or that nothing conclusive can be said about the computer technology used to read said holotape and that the Fallout games don't have a consistent level of technology throughout the series. It's a completely irrelevant discussion regarding the topic at hand anyway, your game is full of microprocessors and microchips and mine's not. End of story.
Reisstc
Looks pretty awesome... maybe a Red Star or two wouldn't hurt. I think it looks fine... I'm thinking that when the US had t51b, China would have something more like the t45d...

Baelkin
Nice work, I think both designs are "tighter" compared to the first one you put up - at least they are more defined in their respective ways, with one looking like a completely developed suit and the other still undergoing development (left and right suit respectively). VT08
Oh, that does look good. They both look like they'd fit in with the existing gameworld nicely.
Lonecoon
What you might want to consider is something more akin to football pads or an early suit of plate armor. The Chinese were known more for their multiples plates on their armor, so consider that as well. On the other hand, you could go with a straight simple design meant for mass production. One size fits all tube on the forearms, biceps, calves and shins. Leave the joints exposed, but hydraulically actuated from the outside. Space suit helmet. Possibly a blocky or simple curved two piece chest for easy manufacturing. If the Chinese were going to try fielding the armor before the end of the war, they'd have to cut corners like crazy.
