I've hidden two comments where other users tried to hijack your thread with their own issues.

 

As you can see from your results, the connection to the servers is fine. This usually means your ISP is doing some kind of weird traffic management that is causing the downloads to fail. You should also check if you can download manually with a better speed - if that's the case then something on your PC is imposing limits on Vortex.
