Download speed really inconsistent

The download speed is really inconsistent. Mostly in the morning and sometimes at random times, the download speed is fine, I get the average download speed, but most of the day the download speed really slows down, I keep getting a download speed of 15-20kB/s which is most of the day.

Based on the time of the report, it might just have been that your closest server was saturated with traffic. Is it still a problem now?

Yes it was fine in the morning, but right now it's the same as usual, the speed slowed down significantly

I think I found the solution. Using 1.1.1.1 stops my download speed from slowing down. Is 1.1.1.1 allowed in nexusmods?
