Starfield GPU Mod help

Hey guys new here... Cpl. Barnhart U.S.M.C.

 

I have a question or two. not the brightest bulb on the tree so i do not know if i am just computer dumb or just to stupid to follow instructions to a T.

 

anyway all new pc except GTX 770, so i downloaded and installed the mod to bypass it and went through and followed the instruction and it still does not work

 

does steam hate me or just starfield or an i just that stupid i cant do it right.

 

is there no way to have like a reputable person here do the thing they do at work where i allow you access to my screen and u set it for me. 6 hours of this and still nothing

 

or should i just run out and buy the 7800xt next time i get paid at this point?

Your GTX 770 is prehistoric. As you can see from the game's system requirements, no amount of mod salve applied to this graphics card will help.

 

The 7800 XT will definitely solve your problem. I myself use an NVIDIA RTX 3060 overclocked, and my game plays beautifully.
