Download speed will not go above 691kb via MO2 or manual download, it started doing this last night, however last night it was attempting to increase to the normal 3mb but would immediately go back down to 691kb. It's not even attempting to throttle today, just a flat 691-695kb which is painful, usually when I have a bad speed with Nexus it 'fixes itself' after a short time, this is persisting and I'm not having a problem with any other site such as youtube.
