Garfield007 Posted July 1, 2009 Share Posted July 1, 2009 I looked around and haven't noticed any mods that fixes the Grenade while in VATS.Normally you would be able to shoot the grenades out from the sky but I guess with one of the earlier patches, that part got bugged or whatever.
