Unable to start a new game

I've got a strange problem here because I can't start a new game, my game just crash without give me anything, no errors, no feedback at all. I can play my first savegame without any problem.

I've the Steam version of the game up to date to the latest version and I've got this mod list (52 mods):

I really don't know how to resolve this problem without any clue..

Any ideas?

I know, You're hoping for a "quick fix". Somebody who looks at your mod list ans says "that mod is the cause", or something a like.

 

But the resolution is quite obvious, but time consuming.

 

Remove all your mods. Start the game. See if it works. If it crashes, you need to 'repair' your installation. (there is an option in Steam to check your files)

otherwise, re-add your mods, one by one, checking the game each time.

...until the problem occurs. The last added mod is the most likely cause. (could be a conflict with another mod, so check that mods info.)

 

...or wait for somebody who fixed the problem already and tells you how. (Not impossible, but also not very likely. Especially within a short time)

Same thing happend to me i the past.

Not sure I remember how I fixed it.

but it took me a few hours of trial and error :)
