(Request) Modding XP requirements

Personally, I think the game's biggest issue is that you get so many skill points that long before youve explored most of the side content, let alone beating the game, you simply have nowhere to go in terms of character progression.

 

Would it be possible to increase the required XP to level up (seems to be a flat number) by about 40%?
