Starfield mods no longer installing via Vortex after switching SSDs

Hey there, having massive issues since moving Starfield to a separate SSD. I'm on Steam and everything was working beautifully there until I moved everything over, but Vortex stopped installing outright and even after a fresh install, wouldn't put files in the right place. I set the new directory location, did everything (at least I thought) and now nothing installs. It's almost like the game (or Vortex) isn't recognizing the drive. Trying a fresh reinstall of both Vortex and the game now back on the original drive.

 

Very frustrating and any help would be appreciated.
