I'm pretty new to modding in general and the update is causing me issues, would anyone mind giving some advice?

I don't want to downgrade but it seems that, no matter which of my mods I disable/uninstall, no matter which launcher I use, the game just won't run. I can only assume this is caused by the update making mods unusable.

Updated all mods that needed them, and I keep religiously refreshing for updates, but I've come up with nothing. If there's an easy (by that I mean not time consuming) way to figure out what mods and their related mods are unusable so I can disable them, that would be greatly appreciated. If this is a different issue and that won't fix it anyway, feel free to tell me your thoughts.

If nothing else, some advice to downgrade would be appreciated since now I may have mod updates that won't work with the previous version (not too experienced with this stuff so that might just not be an issue), and I just generally don't know how to downgrade.

Thanks for reading!

You could check the logs and see which mods are conflicting. That can usually give you some clues as to what's causing crashes.

If you're not installing things manually, that's the first thing I'd do.

Thanks! this didn't help too much, though it did push me in the right direction.

To whoever it might benefit, I looked through all of my non-cosmetic mods (Checked the posts and bugs tabs) and figured out that two weirdly important and simple mods were the problem

Native settings UI: https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/3518

So no atelier's for me, but all things considered, pretty good. just wanted my cosmetics and whatnot to work again. Had to do some cache clearing and file integrity verifying, but after clearing those mods and mods that needed them as prerequisites, I re-enabled my other mods and we all good now.
