For example, having NCR heavy troopers get the Hit the Deck perk, Centurions gaining the Piercing Strike perk or Paladins gaining Laser Commander. I know that there's a perk for NCR rangers that increase their DT, so I'm assuming I could do the same with these perks. It would also make combat more interesting when fighting these enemies, so you'll have to use different strategies against them.
