I should add that I was running Windows 7 when I had this issue and do have drawing tablet drivers installed. I have no idea if the tablet issue is related as some have mentioned above. I've not tested if the modifier issue was solved in the latest CK update.

Is everyone else having this issue, or know of its cause? Fallout 4 and the Creation Kit both take as long as 10 minutes to start up. In the past it was seconds to a few minutes. Fallout 4 can sometimes take as long as 15 minutes to start up.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue? Global lighting isn't working in the Editor when "light" is toggled off. Everything turns black even the sky. I'm unable to have the sky on as well as the lights off. This didnt use to be the case in the past.

Hi everyone, Ive not really had too much troubles in the CK since I'm quite familiar with it having used it in the past for Skyrim. I've also been using the one for Fallout 4 since BETA. I've only come into a new problem now and have no idea where the source of the problem is coming from. I've been working on a worldspace mod since the CK was released. Have been making great progress. For some reason now however in the editor it refused to allow me to have both the Sky Toggled On and "Lights". For the outdoor world. Indoors as well causes issues too. The issue is if both are toggled on, the preview screen goes completely black. Does anyone know what could be going on? I've never experienced this issue ever before. - the mod works fine when played

Yeah just create a climate file and put only one weather in it , set to 100% as mentioned above. -

I already have my DDS map for my custom worldspace. Its of the proper compression. I've used both DX1,2 and 5. 5 is the most commonly used one that works by others that have got this working. It be great if anyone out there could explain how they got theirs working however. I find people just disappear after they get their situation working. I even did a test with using the Far Harbord DDS and it did not work. So there is an issue with the worldspace properties or something even before that step. Because if you were to go to a "door" that takes you to my worldspace it literally displays what my worldspace is called. The outdoor location's name is on screen. However once you enter, your are taking to my worldspace but commonwealth is still displayed with its map. (Not using Commonwealth as parent.) -

Very much appreciated! Its interesting how some people were able to go about it at ease and I'm just stuck here. I have done everything everyone else has. Only thing I havent seen from others that got it working is how they are creating their worldspaces from scratch. Like by using heightmap, 3rd party software or by landscape tool starting from 0,0 and drawing out to create new cells or using the creation local map feature. -

Shouldnt have to do anything with a SWF animation file. Just a DDS. I hope this isn't a bug. -

I have made the correct DDS file, made a "Location" made a Is(name)Location keyword, referenced the "Location" within the wordspace data of the new "world", referenced the custom DDS file in the proper file path within the worldspace properties. Still get nothing in the pipboy when i "coc" to the new location. -
