As a big IM fan, i think this would be awesome to have in Skyrim. Bonus points if you can make it quite lore friendly-ish but still retain the overall house shape. The garage/workshop area in the basement can be made into the smelter/alchemy/etc. area and of course, the armor display area for his suits.
