GingerNut23 Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 Hey there, please forgive me first of all as this is my first ever post on these forums so please re-direct me to any other threads that might help! After watching much modded gameplay, i decided to start getting back into modded skyrim, by downloading loads of mods from both The Nexus and through Steam.I then started a new save and managed to play all the way up to where you fight your first dragon, but i could not absorb its soul. Now i know this is a common problem, and found out that its to do with my loading order of mods, which led me to BOSS.I used BOSS and it tried to remap my loading order, which i then compared to a list that someone had posted online. I noticed that my USP was further down than it needed to be AFTER using BOSS, so i went into my NMM and tried to move it up in the list to under Update.esm.NMM doesnt give me the option to do so. Its at the bottom of the Patches / DLC list (I have the Legendary version) before my normal mods start to be loaded. Is this a common problem? I am happy to offer any other info if need be, just not sure what to offer just now. Thanks :smile:
ripple Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 The BOSS masterlist is updated every time you run BOSS. The random load order you found could be last updated 2 years ago. Therefore....
Gamio Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 Yes, what ripple said.Also: Open the console with the button behind 1 ("~") and type:player.modav dragonsouls X (X number of souls you want to add) and just give yourself the soul if need be.
