You could make her look like Noel but with a little lighter skin. But the main thing I want is a child or fraternal twins that look like Sarah. In FO4 the kid would take your hair color. Thats probably too much to ask, Id just be happy if the look like her. One boy one girl to hang out on the ship. Like Skyrim children, just for role play/ immersion. Give Sarah a few gray hairs too.
