yanrem
Hello, I've just purchased SKSE (AE) and my game will not launch, I've tried everything I've found on the internet, I keep getting this error : 0xc000007b I've tried everything to fix that aswell, reinstalled dx, .net, C++, still does not work. I've ran the processes through with Procmon and tried fixing that too, these are my results : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1DkAW1_jQUglr71cQHbdIVH-PSsgHGyDG/view?usp=drive_link also reinstalled the game, went in cmd and ran sfc /scannow the game is just a steam download and I have not added any mods Please help me get the game running, I have no other options to try
aufisch
Have you set Skyrim to run as Admin? This one might be obvious, but you didn't mentioned it in our post. Also, sometimes It can help to let the game-files verify through Steam. Even if you have done this already. You might have to do it a second time. I've also verified integrity of the files multiple times on end (up to 5 once) simply while looking for a solution.
aufisch
Another off chance. But do you run a third party Antivirus? I run Bitdefender, and I can' t tell you how many times it messed with my games. If you do, try adding exceptions for Skyrim SE.exe.

I do not run any third party antivirus softwares, all I use is windows defender. which I had also made exceptions for SkyrimSE.exe
