How do you report a user?

Here's a sceario that I have just encountered.

• I see visitors to my profile. One of the visitors has a username that could break TOS.
• I view the user, but they have never posted.
• As they have never posted, there's nothing for me to report. No link on their profile, no link to the report feature, nothing.
• I go to the main site and search for the user, it returns no results. I go back to the forums and search, same thing, no results. But, the account exists. So, that's a flaw in the search feature for both the main site and the forums.
• As I cannot find the account on the main site, again, there's no means to send in a report to the moderators.

So, there we go. A small flaw in the process.

Can someone advise me on how to generate a report that would go to the moderators to investigate please?

If the user hasn't interacted with the community (i.e. posted something) I wouldn't worry about reporting them. It seems that the new forum doesn't have the option to report profiles, but the "damage" by them having such a username is minimal if they've not posted any content. Moderations will occasionally go through and review the online list for any stand-out bad names.
