Different Mod Settings (Mods not loading) for Baldur's Gate 3

I fixed the problem with these:

Just let me explain the problem I had, all my mods were working normally, until I decided to move the Baldur's Gate 3 folder from AppData to a new location into other D:/ disk, to clean my C:/ disk space, and then I forgot that Vortex created links from the mods location to where Baldur's Gate 3 was so when I moved it, Vortex didn't know where the mods where and didn't work at all, I tried to get the file back where it was, but after that, mods did not load into the game, I reinstalled the game, reinstalled Vortex, I opened the game and tried several things but mods didn't show up in the game, not even simple ones, they just stopped working completely.

Solution:
I went into "Vortex" -> "Settings" -> "Vortex" -> "Multi-User Mode" from Per-User to Shared and purged the mods and then deployed them on Vortex

@DarkSaulo: This fixed it for me, thank you so much!!! 

Changed to Shared, deleted the Mod Folder Content manually and reinstalled all mods in via Vortex.
