Pellape
I am not sure anyone here did see my videos and also rants about this video maker who made this video, the 10 best Morrowind Dungeons 2017? As I wrote about it in MrPebbles thread? This was my first mod I started to make and this is how it turned out after 2 years back and forth, as it was so boring in the end. When we knew the date of the Oblivion release, I went back, finished it, released it, 1 single week before Oblivion came out. So if I had missed that date? Well then this one would had been gone forever for sure. I did play it 2020 the last time, and I sure had a lot of fun remaking it, fix bugs, fix the language and so on, NAV-meshing, pathing. The thing is, when I did play it 2020, that thought did cross my mind? Have I ever been in a funnier Dungeon? Not that I can recall really. Is it among the best dungeons ever made? Well I have never seen anything like it, it do take 4-5 hours to get from start to the end and even my lvl 160 char have problems down there, no where else, not in a single modded dungeon. I do love the atmosphere and I have most likely never spent so much time in any dungeon as I did in this one, making it, testing it, changing it, testing it again, until I released it. His comments though, those made me a bit pissed. I am a bloody swede, not a Britt. My English is better today than it was back then, putting stuff at the wrong end, using my imagination to my very limit. I could add more stuff there for 10 more years really. Well there is funnier things to make honestly. A world of Pain is bigger and damn good as well, extremely good for F3 and FNV. Some dungeon items and elements is put on edge, so the look got extremely unique, and that, I have never seen ever. One elevator shaft is so deep, it took a minute or 2 to get down at the bottom even. i did never timed it, but that got boring fast, so I levitated mostly down instead. Pekkas Ancient Caldera Mine One thing for sure. I wanted it to be different, look as good as possible, make it as hard as possible and I did succeed doing it. Why is it so big? Morrowind had the smallest and most boring dungeons in any game. I was used to the HUGE dungeons in Daggerfall, and do try Daggerfall Unity as it looks amazing and the latest mods 2023 is great. Well and Caldera do remind me of the cities in Daggerfall, so that is my favorite town number 1 and I really love the whole Caldera area. Caldera is an Imperial City, and do not exist in ESO as ESO takes place 200 years before Morrowind. Daggerfall and Unity is freeware. Does he really expect that everyone all around the world will write perfect English? I am Pekka, Pekkape, pekkape01 and now Pellape. He did use my Pekka name. I cannot access the pekkape account, since 2013, so I made Pellape instead. Nexus did try to help me, but failed. Well, I fail as I cannot remember which email address I did use. I gave nexus all my email addresses I could remember, still they refuse me access to pekkape, so their security is really high, and that is good. Honestly, I do not complain really as I am happy with pellape anyway, which I made by mistake, misspelling it How easy is it to hit L instead of K? Think about it. I see this video at least ones in a month, to get inspiration. And get pissed at the video author as well, again. Honestly, I could spend much more time down there, as I love it. Another question is, Would I ever replay Morrowind? I do not think so. It was the best of the best 2004, but Oblivion is in another dimension and also in another League. If I would replay any games, it would be Oblivion or Daggerfall Unity. I really should bug fix my big Oblivion project honestly, it buggers me that I cannot enter the outside area of my house. Daggerfall Unity 2023 If it was not so hard to navigate in the Daggerfall twisted dungeons, I would play it again. I only get frustrated down there. So be warned. This game is not easy to play for sure. Damn. Todd Howard made many voices to the monsters, like the rat. So he is the rat. he had a lot of fun doing that as well he claimed with an honest smile. This video from 2022 do have better content, for a smooth play thru, bug free almost. I am watching it right now. IDK??? I might give it a try again, as like what I see. Not today. Pekka, go back to F3 modding - Now!!! Damn it. Stop typing so much bullsh't!!! -Yes sir, I will... Edited Monday at 10:19 PM by Pellape
Pellape
I am not always pissed at this video author, as here he did not make a single complain about my stuff I found this video 2-3 years ago and got surprised that he did include me really. A wooden Redoran? Well I did liked it back then, but would I use it today if I did play Morrowind? I am not so sure really. There is no wood available in the Redoran area, well a bit to the west, not so far. Honestly, it makes no sense at all to retexture it to wood, but at that moment, 20 years ago, I did not thought like that, as I only thought it looked so cool. Well it does but it is really so out of place and against the LORE. All the surroundings of the Redoran cities is clay and dirt, it is a bloody desert after all. Why use wood when the whole area is clay? Do not ask me, IDK!!! It was so stupid of me making this at all. I did had fun doing it. No doubt, and I did learn a lot of 2D editing in the process. It sure did look better than the original, no doubt. I never did try to edit the Imperial cities, but they did not bother me much honestly, not with the retexture I did use anyway. Why reinvent the wheel? Damn, he is using Daggerfall music in the background, not Morrowind Edited Monday at 11:12 PM by Pellape
Pellape
Did I mention that I did study Biology 2 years ago, High School for grown ups? I got a B, which is extremely high. It was a bout Cell structure, Cells development during the evolution and also about the evolution which I have been studying deep since 1970 or so and I always been interesting and fascinated by the evolution. My teacher also said I could be a teacher within the evolution, as I know so much about it. How came life to be? (Another day for that topic) Well for around 375 million years ago, something odd did happen. I did send this video to my class and to my teacher, was hoping she would use it on a lesson or a lecture. They did not know what to think about it, not what to do with it. I just love it and the song is great. My kind of stuff, no doubt about it. Enjoy. I am convinced more videos like this one, will inspire the kids to love the evolution classes. She did show us a Video from the Lion King instead... What a crap Edited Thursday at 03:55 AM by Pellape
